St. Eval Well-being Cafés

Every Monday 2-4pm & Wednesday, 10:30am till 2pm
What We Do There:
Every Monday & Wednesday, the space is filled with friendly chatter while everyone catches up on the week’s events, browses through the newspapers or joins a friendly board game. We also have art and crafts tables for those with a keen interest or for those who just want to have a go at something new. Or why not spend some time in our wellbeing garden where you can help grow produce, potter in the shed and enjoy a BBQ in the summer.
At lunch time you are welcome to enjoy a wonderful two course lunch prepared by our own cooks. In the afternoon while lunch is settling we generally offer a friendly quiz or bingo.

What We Offer:
The Oasis Family Hubs are a non-profit family support group which is volunteer led by a group of local mums & professionals, who have all got a background in working with young children and supporting families, as well as having families of their own so are mindful of the needs of the families in the local community.
The aim is to bring families in the local community together to build friendships, support each other and share knowledge.
Both baby and toddler groups are free to attend, thanks to funding raised by The Oasis Centre and via donations from attendees.
They offer refreshments & a sweet treat, plus a snack for the children free of charge. Donations are welcome and any money donated goes straight back into the activities and families who attend the sessions.
Both Hubs have created a warm, inviting, social space for families and their little ones to come meet new friends, have a play with a variety of toys from roleplay areas, construction, craft, music and so much more whilst parents chat over a warm drink.
Our St Eval Group has ample Free Parking right outside the Centre plus a large enclosed outdoor space with small play area to explore.
There are 2 Local Car parks in St. Columb Major – 1 By the recreation ground or 1 outside the community Hub both being £2 for 2 hours.
